Red Truck Minis turned Beautiful BARN Minis!
Red Truck Minis 2020!
About a week before “the weekend”, the forecast was looking not-so-great. I couldn’t have told you that because I absolutely try not to check (who needs that extra anxiety!?) but I always hear from my clients when they start to get nervous about a forecast!
A few worried messages later, I decided to text my friend Ethan to check if the barn at his family Christmas Tree Farm would be useable. He wasn’t 100% sure about the condition inside the barn (storage, etc.) so he and I drove down together to check it out!
The karma gods smiled down on us that day because upon opening the barn door, we discovered there was only about 3 things we needed to clean up/move! I got SO excited and decided right then and there, the minis would be in the barn this year! Rain or shine! It’s a good thing I chose that, because for 3 out of the 5 days, it rained during almost every. single. session. BUT when the sun was out, it came shining through those barn slats sooooo beautifully!
I got lots of cute babies, toddlers, puppies and families! Everyone seemed so happy, even those that had sessions in the 39-49 temps!!! It was so nice to get to see everyone and feel a little “normal” this year.
I am more than grateful for 1. your existence 2. your beauty and 3. your love for family photos! Thanks for choosing me, if it was your first time or your 6th!!! I love you all so much!
Still accepting cards if you want to send one! I’m loving the ones I’ve gotten so far!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! Here’s to hoping 2021 is a good one for everyone.
