Amick Newborn

I met the Amick family in October for their maternity shoot (check that out here! Beautiful fall colors!) and we had a blast. Both of us military families, Sarah and I are around the same age and Cody is exactly like my husband - in that he hardly takes anything seriously! Ha! All of us definitely had no trouble getting along. 

Their perfect little bookend, Colt, surprised us all and came early! I loved watching his sisters look at him, talk to him and run in circles around him when Mom was nursing. He also had an adorable nursery that made me very excited to decorate mine! Thanks for the inspiration, Sarah!

I've already got him on the books for a summer shoot and I'm so looking forward to seeing how he's grown! Thanks for letting me document this fleeting time for you guys <3
